Makeigo provides an online platform that connects passengers with bus operators offering transportation services across Nigeria. Our services include:

  • Bus ticket booking and reservation
  • Seat selection
  • Online payment processing
  • Electronic ticket delivery
  • Customer support services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked price.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by bus operator. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for detailed information.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking
  • Arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure
  • Present valid identification when requested
  • Respect other passengers and bus staff
  • Follow safety instructions provided by bus operators

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Resell tickets without authorization
  • Provide false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

Makeigo acts as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators. We are not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by bus operators
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Personal injury during travel
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
